Changed your mind? (Cancellations)
We process orders quickly to get them to your door as fast as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us at getyoursnow2021@hotmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been boxed up and handed over to our shipping partners, we are unable to cancel it, but you can still return it once it arrives!
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day your package is delivered to request a return.
To keep things simple, we just ask that your items are:
Unused and in the same condition you received them.
In their original packaging.
Please note: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
Since we ship physical goods that can sometimes be fragile in transit, accidents occasionally happen. If your item arrives chipped, broken, or defective, please email us right away with a clear photo of the damage. We will happily send a free replacement or issue a full refund—no need to ship the broken item back to us!
