Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or local taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If you have not received your order within the estimated 4 to 10-day window, please check your tracking link for updates. If your tracking shows the item was delivered but you have not received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately.
